I am the Senior Event Marketing Manager at Confluent, where I specialize in envisioning, designing, and managing creative events that bring the company’s brand to life. Events are my passion — I live, breathe, and dream them. Since joining Confluent, I’ve been using my skills to pioneer a scalable external event strategy that meets the combined needs of partner, brand, customer, and revenue marketing.
Before Confluent, I was the Lead Event Marketing Manager at Segment, now a part of Twilio. During my 4-year tenure there, I helped build Segment’s field marketing strategy, developed a world-class event marketing program, and, most notably, created and executed the company’s flagship event, Synapse.
Prior to Segment, I spent 6 years managing events for Time Warner Cable’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative — Connect A Million Minds. On that team, I created activations that aligned with the initiative’s social impact giving strategy. This work led me to contribute to a number of large-scale, national events, including the NYC AIDS Walk, Los Angeles LGBT Pride Festival, STEMfest Milwaukee, and MuseumDay Austin.
In my spare time, you’ll often find me meandering the halls of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), reading mystery novels, or enjoying the latest episode of "Great British Bakeoff" with my slightly perplexed but supportive family.
